Abstract The immunoregulatory chemokine CCL22 is mainly secreted by dendritic cells (DC) in lymph nodes and plays a crucial role maintaining the balance between immune tolerance efficient response induction of intercellular contacts DC regulatory T (Treg) expressing only so far known receptor CCR4. In absence CCL22, to vaccination cancer has been proven be enhanced. this work, we aimed understand how activation Toll-like receptors (TLR) modulates levels mechanistically vitro vivo. Innate immune recognition of breast tumor cells mediates CCL22 secretion favoring Treg recruitment within tumor environment

Regulatory T cells (Treg) have been reported of poor prognosis for overall survival in primary breast tumors (BT).
